Red hot beef burritos are delicious! I add cheese, salsa, Diablo fire sauce, and make a side of mexican street corn. Carry over from living in NYC. I would get off my hospital shift at 1130pm and grab a burrito from the bodega on my way to the subway. In the winter, it kept my hands warm and was in my belly by the time the train rolled in. Doing double duty those burritos!

One thing I won't buy frozen anymore are pot pies. Once I found out how easy it was to make at home, I was hooked.

While we are on the topic of frozen foods my other favorites are chicken kievs and broccoli/cheese kievs! Mmmmmmmm
Also, frozen lasagna for some reason...haha
I am just too tired out and lazy after work during the week to cook "real" food.

I want to build a coal oven for the backyard.

I have an older neighbor and she couldn't drive for a few weeks, so I picked up groceries for her and stuff. She loves Stouffer's veggie lasagna and manicotti. She has days where being on her feet too long bother her so on those days, heat and eat helps her out a bunch. I love going over there to cook for her and her friends on game night. I've learned a lot about cooking and baking from them. It's like having 5 grandmas.

I am about to eat a Jack's frozen pizza. Who else is lazy and eats frozen pizzas? What are your favorite brands? I, too, eat a fair amount of frozen pizza. I found a brand at my grocery store that's really good called Screamin' Sicilian. It's like $6.

I had Sicilian pizza last Fri. The classic Sicilian-style pizza is square and is subdivided into square pieces, so I'm a little surprised that pizza in that picture is round and divided into triangular slices. Round pizzas are more Neapolitan, although they do make some round pizzas in Sicily.

I prefer it when they are baked. Easier to chew.
