I love pizza but only at pizza buffet's. I sometimes go to Mountain Mike's in Mountain View (CA) for their lunch buffet (salad + pizza) for roughly $9.50. I know, I know, it's over $5.00. Usually, after a really strenuous workout, I just drive straight over to Mountain Mike's and pig out. The only bad thing is that if I time it wrong, a bunch of teens from the nearby St. Francis HS will flood the place.

I never was good at frozen prizza. After putting it through the microwave and adding any sauce necessary, the end result just taste...bad. Well, it is frozen pizza after all.

Well, it is frozen pizza after all. your biggest mistake there was the microwave. I mean frozen pizza is never going to be gourmet, but there are much better ways of cooking it than the microwave.

I know. But I am frequently on business trips. When you are hitting the road, you don't always have the time and luxury of preparing it in a proper kitchen. You make do with what you got, like a microwave.

Where do you go? You should post a postcard from wherever you are during your business trips. You should create an “Ironhammer’s Business Travels” thread where you post all your postcards.

There is literally no place in the world that I have traveled on business where "buying a fresh-baked pizza" was not an option, but nuking a frozen pizza was.

Had some left over pizza from yesterday, just ate it cold. Usually I prefer to reheat leftover pizza but I was lazy watching Bucks vs Raptors.

Why not use Boboli for the pizza dough? Just add toppings and stick that sucker into the oven. No dough to knead. Saves time. (I haven't actually used it but I've attended a small gathering where they made homemade pizza with Boboli and I thought it was okay. I mean, nothing to write home about.)
