Mullaly is a freshman. Fingers crossed for a new Keely Davis of the Week winner! After 2 sets, Mullally is outhitting Davis .529 to -.077. We are going to have a new FOW if this continues! Overall, Creighton at .217 and Providence at .208. Friar block giving Creighton fits. Mullally finishes the match hitting .391 with 13 kills, 10 digs, 5 blocks, and 7 assists! Wow.

Gutsy performance by Providence, never quit even when down quite a bit. Unfortunately for them they get Creighton tomorrow too

Gutsy performance by Providence, never quit even when down quite a bit. Unfortunately for them they get Creighton tomorrow too That’s right. Creighton had them down 15-10 in S3 and PC tied at 17. Providence saved 2 match points before dropping the third set, 25-22. Georgetown took 1st at X. DePaul bested Seton Hall in an afternoon contest, 3-1.

Nova wins the fifth set 15-8. Great match from freshman Kathleen Johnson who has played only sparingly this season. She came off the bench for 11 kills on .450 hitting.

St John's staying true to form.... lol SJU was up 24-22 and lost second set 28-26.&5nbsp; They had 3 set points in set 2 and was up 23-22 in set one tonight. I recall both of there matches against Creighton and @marquette a few weeks back; they probably had 3 or 4 set points in each match that they failed to convert.... it's in their DNA

If Creighton doesn’t play better tomorrow, they might not beat their previous streak. Credit to Providence.
X and GT in 5 after GT was up 2-0.
Nova increased their BE tourney chances tenfold tonight. Add Kathleen Johnson to Mullally as a candidate for next week’s KDFOW.
