I talked to Jamie about this in Pittsburgh, I was on my way out of town on Sunday and he was on his way to some AVCA meeting. I hasked his how he was going to do it, he said his wife is super supportive and his associate HC Kyrsten Becker is a rock star in her own right. So he is well supported. Jamie has been around the block a few times, he did the fundraising for the facilities improvement for his team, so he is comfortable in that part of the job. Wonder if this is a formality to go one more season and then hand over the reigns to Kyrsten.

So are we going to see her pop up somewhere soon or is this move about Jared's career?

Timing of this would suggest this was a true resignation and not a firing. Total speculation at this point.

WTF! Jill loses her job and Aaron is still safe? Apparently female coaches have a much shorter leash

Well, she did resign. Whether she was asked to resign or not, I don't know.

If this is the case then how is that not addressed earlier. AD is putting the program in a bad spot and they don't need to be put there (since they are already there)

They have an experienced AHC (other assistant coach quit after 2019 season) that can lead until HC is found. I guess we will find out pretty quickly. If she is going somewhere else we will know pretty soon. If we don't see her catching on in the next week or so then she was probably fired.
