I think Rafu is retired full time, but I would imagine he will still play events that he can, and would play with Ed. I feel like there is a lot of unknown on the mens side, past what we already know. The confirmed ones I know about are top 10 teams listed, the McKibbins, and Beranek/Benesh. I would also assume Drost/Frishman stay together.

It'd be nice, but I doubt it. with them labeling some the "Gold", you'd think they'd make them all the same. NYC - 16 MBO - 32 Chi - 16 Very unbalanced. Of course I say that, and they'll move MBO to 16! isn’t chicago 24? It's listed as 16 this year. avp.com/event/gold-series-championships-in-chicago/

Loomis said something on IG today that leads me to believe he and Ryan May partner. Miles Evans posted a video of him setting over against Ryan on 2 and asked clean or illegal. In the comments Ty said “don’t worry Ryan I’ll be hand setting these presents all year”.
Would be an unlikely pair but would make sense given Ryan’s lack of high level goals.

They actually may do okay. Not tourney wins but they're capable of giving some good teams an upset loss occasionally.

And Ryan has a big block which will hide some of Ty's digging deficiencies.

I just assumed they played together in the past, Ed has played with dozens of partners, but turns out Casey is not one of the 25 + guys Ed has played an AVP with. Im now going to spend two hours trying to figure out who has the record for most partners. Prelim guess, Jim Nichols

0% chance this happens... Casey Jennings will not be playing AVP this season or any other Casey J was saying on his Starting Point podcast at the end of last year that he had been training and wants to get back out there, feeling like he still has more left in the tank and all that... We haven't seen him in over a year since the p1440 pro events. He and Pedro took a 5th in San Jose. To be clear, I do not have any inside info, and I doubt CWJ would play AVPs after the whole boycott situation. But, if he does want to come back, where else is he going to play? He did play 5 AVPs leading up to the Rio Olympics, and was trying to get a wildcard to play with Pedro in Chicago before the situation blew up. Again, I doubt anything is going to come from it. But it's a non-zero % proposition.
