It takes one to know one . . . A simple 'yes' would have been fine too.
Or, you could have simply refrained from trying to rattle my cage on this thread (which really should have nothing to do with Khat Bell, but obviously it's already started).

Watched the UCSB match again and they really put Texas through it. Even when Texas was doing things well, UCSB challenged us the entire match. I think that experience and winning through it is going to have the ladies fired up on Friday to make easy work of Louisville.
The key outside of serving tough (and in) and passing, those are givens, will be going to the middle as much as possible. Jhenna fed Brionne on some pretty gutsy plays in the fourth set and it was the difference maker. The team feeds off of that.
Either Logan or Micaya has to have a huge and efficient match- it seems like Micaya faded away at times last weekend. She wasn’t putting as much heat on the ball.
I’d imagine that Sydney starts again and hopefully has a much better match. I’m going to chalk it up to her having a bad game at a bad time, and hopefully she rebounds. Good to know Autumn is more than capable of stepping in if necessary- I haven’t had that confidence in her in the past, ngl.
Lastly the freshman have to step up and play solid. They don’t have to be great, just solid and consistent. I’m really looking forward to this weekend. Going to be lots of good volleyball!
Edit: I think what’s been lost, sadly, in this whole huddle intruder thing, is that the coaches made some great in game adjustments to close out UCSB. They haven’t always done that successfully in the past. Pulling Sydney, having Jhenna push middle, realigning our hitters/blockers were what won the 4th and 5th sets. You could tell from the way the team was making eye contact and celebrating that they were definitely ‘fired up’ from whatever Bell said, but that’s all moot if the coaches hadn’t made those adjustments and the athletes hadn’t executed the new game plan. I hope that tactical gamesmanship continues, as we’ll need all the tricks we have if we make it to the finals against Florida or Minnesota

Hot off the Photoshop presses. I call this latest creation, “Bruised, but not Beaten.” The Horns took some blows, but Jerritt gets to wear the hat in the end. I wanna be a cowboy, Barbara.Re: Santa Barbara Jerritt's wife would like to live there.

I almost wonder if Sydney was dealing with an illness against UCSB because it seemed like they wanted to pull her quite early in the match but resisted and then finally did. Seems weird to me that they would be even thinking about it that quickly.
