Crazy Questions for the offseason:
1. Will the coaching staff stay intact? Will Ljungqvist remain the Associate Head Coach for as long as Ah Mow is at the helm? Will Ljungqvist pursue other opportunities? Will Baxter?
2. Will any current Wahine transfer out?
3. Should Ah Mow hire a hitting coach? Ah Mow was a setter, Ljungqvist a middle, Baxter a libero/DS, and Kaniho a setter. No hitters.
4. Who will set the team in the spring? The team has no setters. Will Ah Mow bring in a temporary local walk-on in the spring with the promise that if she does well, she could get a permanent spot in the Fall?
5. What will the Fall 2020 pre-conference schedule look like?
6. What players have already reached out to Ah Mow and co.?
7. Will the team do a summer tour of Europe or Asia?
8. Doesn't Ljungqvist return to Sweden for a lengthy stay to continue her legal work? What exactly is Ljungqvist's work arrangement with Hawaii?
9. Why exactly is the University of Hawaii at Manoa called the "University of Hawaii at Manoa"? Isn't Manoa simply the name of a residential neighborhood in Honolulu? Why isn't it called the "University of Hawaii at Honolulu?" I mean, there are is not other UH school in Honolulu other than UH Manoa.
10. Which players will change positions? Only Tiffany Westerberg and Braelyn Akana have been mentioned. What about Brooke Van Sickle (to setter or libero), Anna Kiraly (from middle to OH/OPP), and Riley Wagoner (from OH to lbero)?
11. Is the University of Hawaii really a commuter school? If so, does that mean the campus is dead? Or is there life among the students who live on-campus?
12. Do the Wahine players use the new Warrior Rec Center? Or is that mostly for regular fatface students who need to lose a few pounds?
13. Does Dave Shoji still have his old parking spot?
14. Speaking of parking, do the Wahine players get reimbursed for on-campus parking?
15. Do the graduating seniors -- Iosia, Choy, Sibley, Okino, Ross -- have access to the facilities and services dedicated to student-athletes, e.g., weight room, dining rooms? Does UH have separate dining facilities for their student-athletes?
16. (And the craziest question of all) Is there a chance that Jolie Rasmussen might be done with volleyball? She has already been in college for 4 years. She may already be close to graduating. With all her injuries, is it possible she has decided to "retire" and not use her final year of eligibility. I don't know the answer. I believe she's returning but I have no insider info.

It is NEVER too early.
Wagoner for libero. Hanawahine first DS. 5-1 with Lang S, and Hellvig plays 6 rotations. Akana/Westerberg/Kiraly first offensive/blocking subs.
Just immediate thoughts. Go Bows.

The only big question mark is at the setter position (and maybe libero, as well). That 2nd setter role is going to be huge. Do we get a transfer or will a current player fill in?
I've only seen small clips of Lang, so it's hard to tell what kind of setter she'll be at this level. Will she be ready to start right off the bat?

Can Okino pull a Mags and decide to return. She improved so much over the course of the year and if I were RAM I would give her a scholarship. Shes earned it!
