That’s what you think. Psu gets a terminal pin they already beat wisky once this year and the Nebraska match went 5 in Nebraska. So did OSU. That doesn’t make them better. It means they won a game. And went 5? Statistically speaking, Nebraska and PSU go 5 more than not. That doesn’t change the fact you still lost, and have 9 times out of the last 10. You don’t get to run a 2 passer system next year. White is gone. Which means you need 3 back row players to step up bc Holcomb is also gone. You also have no proof you’re going to get a terminal pin. And even if you get one, you need 2. Keep talking. It will make it sweeter next year when your proved wrong.

I think this either goes Stanford drops the 1st and then wins it 3-1, or Stanford takes the first 2 and drops the 3rd and still takes it 3-1. I’m sure tonight spooked em. I expect them to come out firing.

Penn State is really good. The key to this match for Stanford will obviously be serving.
Should be a fun one.

Looking forward to tonight’s match. Too bad it’s so late. But then it’s better than an 11am match on a Friday when school is on break.

I would like to be the first one to say....Boy Plummer looks tired! Not having a full 24 hours to recover from a 5 setter, she must be exhausted and will have no pop left.
I believe I heard/read something like this over the years.

What's the path to PSU winning? I do not expect it at all, but if it were to somehow happen, how would it go down?

Stanford is a good serving team... Gorrell needs to keep up being productive on the outside. Parker needs to excel at the service line... Keep stanford OOS so Blossom isn't bullied by KP and co

Wisconsin and Nebraska will both be better than PSU next year. So idk what you think they’re a year away from... That’s what you think. Psu gets a terminal pin they already beat wisky once this year and the Nebraska match went 5 in Nebraska. You act like these teams blew through psu. They did not. Wisky split and it took Nebraska 5 at home and psu loses white and Hampton will be fine so psu brings pretty much everyone back as juniors. Laugh all you want but if they get a good pin in offseason we will see You're really under estimating how important White is to this team

They defintely win. Give Wisky another terminal pin? Lights out. Give another to Washington? Forget about it. Having a solid 6 rotation OH is the most important position on the court for a reason and they dont just grow on trees. PSU will be great next year, but their first contact is going to be a big question mark and that could spell trouble.

That’s about Stanford is vulnerable to good middles, but usually serves tough. After they almost had to call the doctor for me during Stanford’s match last night, I’m afraid to go tonight. Maybe PSU just needs to wait until the Card blows up as they did in game 4.

I just think Hampton will be fine back there next year.
