Would Jim Moore be interested? Ha. Gonna thrust USC into a couple more scandals just for good measure?

USC is at a crossroads. Will they become a former powerhouse like LBSU? The TV deal has killed off what attendance they did have. Thursday night and Sunday afternoon games are terrible. Well we will always have Stanford to carry the Pac-12 banner. When did USC have "attendance"? 1,000 is a BIG crowd. With most matches on TV now (back in the old FSN days, you'd be lucky to have a couple live matches on TV a year for the whole league), you have to be creative to draw crowds in, starting with the students. It would be nice to have a featured Match of the Week on P12Net to help build up some excitement. Still, USC is still sitting on a volleyball hotbed and is a prestigious school, so it has built-in recruiting advantages. Right now, with the concussion protocols being what they are now, it is a crap shoot whether you'll have a full squad on any week. One of the biggest issues at USC is the general fan base is quite a distance away, South Bay - 20 miles and Orange County - 40 miles. I know most people would say "that's not a long distance" but with the mentality of people in the LA/OC area, they aren't going to drive in 1-2 hours of traffic to get to the Galen Center. There is something to be said about playing in a facility like Gregory Gym in Texas where maybe you have 4-5 thousand rather than the 10+ at the Galen Center where you pack the facility and create a buzz. It was shocking the other day to see how empty Pauley Pavilion was in the men's basketball game against USC.

Sometimes I am too lazy to drive 30-40 minutes to the SSC, I can only imagine 1-2 hours lol. I don't blame people for not wanting to go to volleyball games if thats an usual drive

Boy, people are getting desperate for information. Because some of the names being thrown out are way out of left field...

What about any other PAC 12 assistants? I know Brad’s name has been mentioned, but maybe there are some names that could be in the mix...

Instead of adding ridiculous names, let's get a list of people that could actually get the job.
Brad Keller, Tim Nollan, Jason Kennedy are the easy names, but I wouldn't classify them as game changing hires right now. Fisher, Tom Black, Chris Tamas, Steve Aird, Keegan Cook, Karch, are all ones that would be splashy, and make you wonder if they would consider USC. Who else are legitimate candidates?
