volleyballmag.com/usa-women-international-pro-volleyball-042924/ Article says Logan is headed to Anaheim too... Olympic roster surprise? They updated the article to correct for the error. The author said "I just assumed." So did we!

One of our best players, Occam’s razor. nice reference, but what's the connection between that and plummer, simpler expectations the more probable? curious lol The simpler choice is often the correct one. She just won another championship with arguably the best team in the world, playing her best ball, to me it’s a no brainer. Will she be perfect? Obviously not but she gives the team the best possibility of winning.

this video is a beaut to watch…especially the rally at 2:03 and the set at 2:13/2:14. Can’t wait for her VNL debut to see where she is physically/mentally! Rooting for JP’s road to Paris lol I wonder what teams had scouted and planned for USA during Tokyo in terms of service? Like hmmmm which passer should we serve? the number 1, 2 or 3 best passer at the olympics. Clearly brazil opted for the ‘let’s just serve down the middle of the court and see what happens’ strat

y’all really don’t want to get in a “what’s more impressive” battle I promise… Scott passed a 2.32 this past season, passing 100% of the time with to two outsides who passed a 2.1 and 2.0. they flirted with a DS for Aiko but Schrand passed a 2.0 when she was in lol Hentz passed a 2.27 her final season, passing 100% of the time with to McClure who passed a 2.2, 50% of the time with Plummer who passed a 2.0, and the other 50%, Formico was passing a 2.3(!!!). Formico and McClure really ate ugh I miss them, I always thought Luper was a better passer at UCLA cause this season at Louisville was a lil rough lmfao McClure was a serving sub a few times for Vegas before she was waived. She sort of looked like she hadn’t touched a ball since college.

She sort of looked like she hadn’t touched a ball since college. I think this might be true actually. After she graduated she said she wasn’t going pro and was getting a job as an educator for special needs children. I’m not 100% on this so if anyone knows please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.

It’s a Plain tshirt. The numbers look like they took tape and made them like you would in a summer camp www.instagram.com/reel/C5vrdVbR3wY/?igsh=em1sZjljb2lsZGk5

I am going to say it again....Plummer is one of the best outsides in the world. Does her passing need help? Yes. But again, if we set her balls that she can terminate instead of molding her to a system, she IS terminal!
She is the big arm we HAVE to have on the Left if we have any shot at Paris.
Id love to see Lanier on the roster as an OPP

Why is no one mentioning that krob just had a great season as well. Krob just had a typical plummer season, killing 45% and 31% efficiency. Plummer also went above and beyond having 49% kills this year the best of her career. The issue is Plummer still can’t be a six rotation outside, because even though she generates points front row, she loses a lot backrow too. If karch subs her once or twice backrow depending on the match up that would be best. Also krob being this good this year means that when Plummers eventually does shank its less detrimental because krob can deal with out of system sets better than last year. USA needs Plummer to play to medal in any competition

Both Cook and Plummer were playing with arguably the best setter in the game right now in Wolosz and one of the top liberos in the world in De Gennaro.
I'm not sure USA has a setter and a libero that can match that level of play. Maybe we do on a good day but I have yet to see that level of consistency from any of USA's top setters since 2021 and even then there were glaring connection issues with Poulter at Tokyo that need to be addressed/improved.
