Is it worth it or scam? Seems a little shady.

Hoooo boy. I know nothing about club for volleyball. Literally nothing. I only follow NCAA volleyball. But I've been reading this site for a number of years, and if there's one thing I know, mentioning red hat lady and anything she's associated with is the equivalent of kicking over a hornet's nest.

Scam. If you want to get recruited work hard, email coaches, and post on Twitter

I do not think this is a "scam" ... she genuinely is trying to help kids get recruited...
That being said, I would not recommend that families sink any significant amount of money into these types of services. Athletes should be creating a list of schools, emailing schools, and getting themselves and their brand out there on their own. With social media and many free (or at least cheaper) options to post information and film.

Wait... $800 to go play... As an individual?
I'm pretty sure that's more than the cost of a qualifier tournament for the entire TEAM!

I do not think this is a "scam" ... she genuinely is trying to help kids get recruited... I think she is genuinely trying to get paid. There's nothing wrong with that, it's just good for people to know that up front. As best I can tell, her business model is built around targeting families with enough anxiety around the recruiting process that they're desperate enough to pay her.

She IS genuinely trying to get kids recruited (because it’ll help get the next parent hooked). But she’s also feeding into the anxiety by trying to convince the 10’4” touching 15 year old that the only way Big Ten programs will notice her is through a recruiting service.

Does she go after the best of the best? Or the players who may not get exposure like the top players, still good and may get schollie but not the all world type players?

She'll go for anything with a wallet. Also travels to large tournaments (Triple crown for example), and records plays for her tiktoks, but won't tag you if you aren't one of her clients.

Anyone that’ll pay her, regardless of level.

Not entirely true. She will tag them if they are a top recruit, even if they don't work with her. So other people think the top kids are working with her. As it was mentioned early, basically just a giant grift. She does very little actual recruiting work. But she is very good at self-promotion, so I guess kudos to her for that?
