Interested to see what folks say... But happy to start... Consistency & Speed of the Game: A players are going to make less mistakes than BB Players... The game will be faster. Shots that were landing in BB will be easily picked up by A players. Hits will be more accurate with greater power...

There isn’t really an answer to this question. The differences depends on the player

Every skill at every level has ways to earn or loss points, and going up the levels result in your best skills no longer earning points while your weaker skills losing points accelerates. Your ace serves at lower levels are now perfect passes, while your perfect passing devolve into shanking all over the place. Your ability to bounce the ball has been replaced by a perfect block with hands on the ball and roofing you often. Your blocks become polite waves at the balls being hit over and around you, while all your shots are now picked up and slammed back. Even within some ranking groups, there is a wide range of skills separating the top players from the bottom of the ranking. The true test is guys who can win with wind or without wind, in deep sand or shallow, with a blocker or a defender, with a left or a right, against hitters or shooters, versus a giant block, or fast defender, etc..

Also depends on which region of the country you’re in. Even within the same region it can vary based on who is organizing it.

Varies wildly by league and region and beach. Even in CBVA it's different from Santa Barbara vs Hermosa. Though CBVA doesn't have BB so I take it you're in another state.
The letters also have a pretty wide range. Depends who else was signed up that day, who the partner was, how much sleep you got.
Also stamina, wind play a big part. There are guys who will side out 80% in zero wind on first game of the day, but 15% in medium wind on 7th game of the day. You'll see them go undefeated in pool then the afternoon wind hits and they lose first round of playoffs.

From my experience one thing I noticed is A teams can stay in or get back into system much more often than BB. They can rescue set a bad pass, control their defensive touches, set in transition, and put better attacks on sets that aren’t perfect.
It’s obvious to say that skills are better across the board as you move up in level but the way I see it made apparent is the A teams will spend less time scrambling and putting weak attacks or free balls over and more time in system putting pressure on the defense.

If you're a player and not sure where you fit, go to YouTube and watch videos of a tournament in your area. There's tons of examples online--I feel like that's the best way to figure out where you fit.
