I knew Nebraska had done well against Kentucky but didn’t realize had won 10 straight View AttachmentKentucky really won a set 15-0 and still lost a best 2 of 3 sets match to Nebraska in 1978. Ouch. 70s were a truly wild time. |

I really thought 2017 was going to be a Lincoln Regional. Western Kentucky was up 2-0 on top 4 seed Kentucky but couldn't finish the deal. Nebraska ended up winning the Region anyways, but, I really liked that senior-laden Western Kentucky team. Also, speaking of that, R.I.P Alyssa Cavanaugh  That setter was a baller. And Alyssa of course as well. I remember wanting it to happen bc I was salty about the stupid committee reveal having us at #2 and then us not losing a match but dropping out of the top 4 at selection time |

I’m mostly looking forward to the dramatic over reaction about play, and players from “fans”. The reality is first weekend volleyball does t reveal all that much about what type of season you can expect. That’s not going to prevent people from hitting panic buttons, or climbing out on ledges.

If you're gonna sub two pins, you sub out the one who doesn't pass/defend at a high level. Maybe the goal is to let Harper focus on her offense and attacking to start the season, and then get her back into 6ro… wasn’t her efficiency the weakest part of her game towards the end of the season?
