Allick seems so much better on the mic than she has been in the past! Sounded really good!

I know it’s only the first game but dang Landfair and Blackwell, you should’ve transferred somewhere else where you don’t have a high chance of riding the bench in your last season. Landfair has another season after this one

More appealing is being coached by a staff that is there consistently and historically good at player development, plus Jordan Larson.

Landfair has another season after this one Oops. I feel like she’s been around forever! I’m used to fifth years from Covid these last few seasons. Next season will definitely feel like she’s been around forever haha

The season is also not over. Blackwell just isn’t going to get on the court unless there is an injury. I think you’ll definitely see Landfair at some point.

After watching VNL and Olympic volleyball all summer long, this was a readjustment that will take a while.
Watched a set and a half and then switched.

It’s not like this is allicks average performance. (Blackwell would have feasted blocking the way Grome was setting and the way Kentucky was covering too)

It's match 1 of the season. And is the alternative to stay somewhere you're not happy? The alternative is to work through adversity. Build and improve relationships. Improve your perspective. While you are playing 6 rotations every match. Or nah.

I mean even if Blackwell and/or Lanfair do steal the starting spots by the end of the season, it’s nice to know just how great whoever we have on the bench is in case someone starts flopping 🤷🏽‍♂️. Regardless of who anyone personally favors or wants to get the start I hope to see Landfair/Krause and Allick/Blackwell all get playing time despite who wins the spots.

I don’t disagree with the player development aspect at all, that is probably a major consideration, but five title games in nine years is better than a coin flip. The opportunities have been there.
