Na Wahine hit .259 to the Waves at .249. The Waves had 68 kills to the Wahine's 67 kills.
The story of the match was the defense! Both teams had their vacuums out with Hawaii turning in 99 digs and the Waves with 83 digs.
Caylen was great again and it was nice to see her turn it around after going flat in sets 3 and 4. She had 25 kills hitting .298.
Tayli was the star of the show for Hawaii with 33 digs and 2 service aces. Way to play like a senior Tayli!
Birdie (25 kills, .261) and Grace (16 kill, .262) were stellar for their team! Hawaii never really got a hold of them on either night.
Safe travels to Coach Wong and the Waves as they head back to the continent!

SMU, Pepperdine are gonna be huge RPI wins I feel like SMU is jekyll and hyde it seemss. Pepperdine looked legit to me. I can't believe USC beat them so easily. Was this a coming out party for Tayli? Her numbers this weekend were eye opening. |

What was Pepp's RPI coming into this weekend? They were 0-2 so it was low RPI is meaningless right now It won’t be till week 5 maybe that it starts to mean something |

What was Pepp's RPI coming into this weekend? I don't think the official RPI came out but RPI futures has them at 50. Futures doesn’t start to be more accurate until I think week 4? Right now still based off last years numbers |
