WVU start the season off with a 3-1 win over Navy led by Tanton and Coyle with 14 kills each.

Hofstra sweeping Wake Forest is a bit surprising. Good for them.

Hofstra goes up 2-0 in the tourney with a 3-1 win over Navy too.

WVU loses their match vs. Wake Forest in the 5th. WF led by Ricks with 13 kills. WVU hit under .100 for the match, while WF had a block party with 18 blocks.

Wake Forest not being 3-0 this weekend and almost being 0-2 to start the season should be very concerning. I thought they had started to turn the page, but doesn’t look like it.

Paige Crawford is struggling rn. She should be better but she's not hitting very well.

WVU finish in 4 on a 6-1 scoring run to beat Hofstra and go 2-1 on the weekend. Good start for them. Led today by Tanton with 18 kills.

WF got the sweep of Navy today.

WVU claims the tourney title. Cassidy Tanton earns MVP. Alexis Finnvold also on All Tourney Team.
