Depends on what they're trying to do.  IF you serve Frank, then she has to work harder -- both if she's going to run a give and go and overall during the match.   If you serve Saige, then you might have a bad pass, but on the others, Frank will be fully ready to attack.

I mean, maybe you start off at Damrow, and if she holds up or Sarah gets hot, you switch back to serving Sarah to slow her down some.

The badgers tried a 6-2 for a bit yesterday, in the third I think. It didn’t make a difference. The problem at that stage wasn’t the number of attackers, it was that we could only effectively use 1, for whatever reason. The block did not get better and the transition attack still sucked.

I think Stanford is going to have a lot of serving errors and play messy. Wisconsin will win it's first match of the season 3-1.

Sheff has been very blunt about the reasons for The Badgers' struggles, e.g.,;
1. injuries
2. lack of quality practice time as a result of injuries
3. young players struggling to adjust to the speed of the college game and to the size/skill of teammates and opponents
4. some of the younger players are just beginning to understand the amount of work and effort that goes into excelling at the D1 level
5. some of the veterans are not playing like veterans, responding to adversity like veterans and leading like veterans.

The Badgers are coming off losses to a Top 5 team and the best team in the country [Texas, just to be clear]. Going into the Stanford match, I think the main question is whether these losses made the Badgers stronger as a team and strengthened their resolve; or, are they completely worn-down, mentally and physically?

I'm looking for one or more of the veterans to show-up today and some modest improvement across the board because some lessons have been learned after two brutal matches.
