It is one of the crimes of conference realignment that the Nebraska-Oklahoma game was moved out of November and relegated to every-other-year status when the Big XII was formed. |

It is one of the crimes of conference realignment that the Nebraska-Oklahoma game was moved out of November and relegated to every-other-year status when the Big XII was formed. It was the friendliest rivalry ever, too. There’s never been a friendlier rivalry than OU/Nebraska back in the day. It was all about mutual respect. |

How is the 2024 TCU team shaping up? Mick Haley went on and on about them on the latest 6 rotations podcast. He said he thinks they were the biggest miss by the AVCA in the preseason top 25, even though they did receive some votes. They have a terminator in Parra, that’s for sure. If she can stay healthy she’s going to put up some monstrous numbers. I don’t play in the fantasy leagues, but she should have been a high pick for sure. |

How is the 2024 TCU team shaping up? \They got three strong pins: Parra, Gibson & the younger Kelley (U19 world champion). The setting was a major struggle last season as they had a freshman setter (due to the main setter having a medical issue) but should have improved. The libero was good but had some struggles too. The middles are good. They just added a MB transfer from LSU. Last season they suffered a lot of injuries and they managed to beat Baylor twice and to take UT to 5 sets. So they have a high ceiling but I feel they need to have some injury management etc. |
