DirecTV is in another pricing struggle. This time ESPN/Disney is shut off. Pee's me off because Nebraska/SMU is the only thing I want to watch on SECPN until the Volleyball tournament starts. I guess I will have to find a free stream tomorrow or listen on radio.  |

Quite a few ppl were wearing Husker Volleyball shirts at Eppley this morning, and some were on my connecting flight to Detroit! Love how this fanbase travels for our team! GBR!

Hoping the team cleans it up a lot offensively tonight. I wish we would just play faster to give the pins better 1x1 looks, but that feels like that just will never happen. Regardless, I am looking for Merritt to get back into the groove of things tonight

You have to think this was ally’s “homecoming match” before she dipped lol Right, of all the places Cook could have taken the team (and traveling fanbase) over Labor Day, it had to be in Texas during a summer month to keep a promise that was made when Ally was on the roster. 😭 Fortunately, the forecast for DFW has been updated with lower temps in the 80s this week, but it will still prolly feel like 100+ with their oppressive humidity 😝 At least the match will give some of the club teams in the DFW metro area the chance to see Nebraska in person, and hopefully local recruit Keoni Williams and her friends and family will be able to attend. Sucks that the game is on a Tuesday when all of the local teams (including Keoni's hs) have games tonight. I know there are a lot of bummed players. Should be fun for younger teams though to maybe fall more in love with the game. |
