sam gore kinda not awful today? what happened? Everyone sounds better beside this girl. She is just NOT IT. I suspect you didn't listen to Rainelle dabble in commentating last year....it was an experience... |

I'm here, slightly late, and I get Sam Gore / Jen Hoffman? I audibly sighed as I opened this steram. I mean it's ESPN and Paul is on the West Coast. I know Sam isn't it, but I think ESPN is trying to appeal to the masses with name recognition and explaining VB in football/basketball/other common sports terms. * I am not condoning the Sam Gore assignment, FYI |

I appreciate they’re trying to relate to this sunday afternoon ESPN audience, hence sam relating the game to other plays in other sports, but it seems completely lost on her. “like a dunk in basketball!” “… or like a spike in volleyball” - not exactly the feminist critique she seems to think it is. |
