Probably hard to quantify but who's better, Alex when he first came in or Simeon now? Simeon has accomplished a lot more at this point and is the better player IMO, Alex was great when he came in but got even better fast. |

From discussions with guys, the strength training at the D1 level is taken more seriously than in Europe. I think that might be what helps them get better faster. |

Simeon has accomplished a lot more at this point and is the better player IMO, Alex was great when he came in but got even better fast. From discussions with guys, the strength training at the D1 level is taken more seriously than in Europe. I think that might be what helps them get better faster. Very true... and puberty... most every 17 or 18 year old that is in the last stage of growing taller has a big physical gain in that year after the hieght maxes out with quickness, strength and sometimes even coordination. |

Saw a clip of him hitting and setting - maybe a 6-2 incoming? I heard Skylar will be playing OH this season so maybe they are not set at the OPP yet. Skyler looked really good at OH this summer for team Canada. Imagine the heat and shade if Simeon played OPP all year and Aiden was still on the team?! I personally think there is 0% chance that Simeon doesn't set a 5-1 all season. |

I personally think there is 0% chance that Simeon doesn't set a 5-1 all season. I’m not so sure that it’s 0%. He’s hit a bit for the other teams that he’s played on, so I could very well see it happen if their second setter (probably Doty) can set at a high level |
