On the flipside I'm super impressed we were able to run any sort of offense off these numbers.🥴 Way to go Mel! Is there a passing grade for passing grades? Underrated part of the match was the lively discussion about the definition of gag

GG: 1.80 (67) Franklin: 1.65 (20) Orzol: 2.5 (12) Lola: 2.4 (5) 1.89 as a team Zeynep: 2.14 (28) Thibault: 1.50 (20) Acevedo: 1.79 (17) Hanson: 1.46 (13) Wucherer: 1.21 (7) 1.75 as a team So GG, despite all the cries for her removal, was the 4th "best" passer for the match. lol That's not saying much about GG it's saying the rest were beneath putrid.

I wish I never learned how to read so I couldn't understand this On the flipside I'm super impressed we were able to run any sort of offense off these numbers.🥴 Way to go Mel! Exactly this. I know they won’t fix the passing issues anytime soon unfortunately, but at least MELANIE is making something happen with what she’s given

Watching the game and its really hard watching with Emily's commentating. I just don't care for the stuff she says during games. I am still not on her side for her comments about wanting a serving clock added to volleyball. Its 8 seconds... a ref can't count to 8 seconds?
I am in Set 2 and I think refs made the right call to call Shaftmaster on a lift when she threw a ball on 2. The ball was in her hand for some time.

First time opening this thread, so I apologize if this has been discussed (too lazy to search). Do we know if Wucherer is just like benched? Or is it injury? Also why did Wisconsin put GG at lib? Seems like an odd choice with their winning streak with Lola at lib lmao

She had a back brace of some kind on before the match, warmed up some without it, and started the match as a back-row player, subbed out by Alex in the front row. Starting in the second set, Alex played all the way around, and Wookie sat out.

It's not quite as obvious on TV, but I was thinking Hanson and Grote played 6ro.

She played front row and served, then Thibault came in for her. Grote played six rotations instead.
