Is Penn State just that good or is Purdue overrated? Gosh that was almost ugly to watch. Penn state may be that good, but Purdue is perpetually overrated. There is truth to this statement . |

She’s getting better as the match goes on. Her strength is delivering complete thoughts and then just being quiet. No need to add noise just for noise. All the announcers need to read that last sentence, NO NEED TO ADD NOISE JUST FOR NOISE Some posters too. Like the ones who try to tell us the rules of the game, especially about liberos taking the ball with their hands in front of the 3m line followed by an attack. |

Is Penn State just that good or is Purdue overrated? Gosh that was almost ugly to watch. Penn State is really good. Makes me wonder how good Pitt actually is or if PSU just had a horrible night. I don't think one sentiment makes the other one false. Pitt is very good and deserves that #1 spot IMO. As an avid PSU VB follower and someone who watched the game live, I also think PSU had a bad night in things they could've controlled but was also affected by how impenetrable the Pitt defense was. I'm sure the ladies of PSU VB will use that match as motivation for the rest of the season. 🙂 |

This setting is *so* bad for Purdue It's giving UCLA v. BYU covid tournament. Those who know, know. Yeah, I was scared of UCLA before the match, but then I saw what their setting looked like. |

Pitt is really good lol… anyone who doesn’t think they are is a joke Oh I think they are clearly number one. Question is are they untouchable? Nebraska definitely has the line up to challenge them. Not sure anyone else can, especially if they are firing on all cylinders. Could Creighton hang with Pitt? Kinda anxious for the Stanford and Louisville matches! |

This Purdue opposite is... they really went from like Drews, Atkinson, Cleveland etc to this to be fair, the planned OPPs are injured. Heaney is out for the season. The other back-up, Rastovski, had to medically disqualify. Not that it would be a huge upgrade from Wollard as Heaney would also be just a sophomore but Drews and Atkinson didn't become dominant OPPs until their later years. |
