I received a message that LIU does not have an entire coaching staff. Is anyone aware of the situation? I went to their site and the Assistants are still listed (no Head). I've seen at least one athlete on last year's roster show up on another team, but beyond that there hasn't been much. www.liuathletics.com/sports/mvb/coaches |

Jay Hosack snagged Collazo from there, but hopefully they can pull it together. They were a fun team to watch last year....  |

I was in that area during Christmas last year and it is a great area within drive of the Hamptons and NYC. I hope someone from the volleyball community there can keep the momentum going for Men's Volleyball in NY! |

I do hope they figure everything out tho because they have a very talented roster. |

At this rate, Loyola will announce before LIU hires. Manhattan has hired. I heard they were close but damn this is sad but not a shock to anyone who has any knowledge of LIU athletics.

Isn’t LIU a new program that just started 3 years ago? And I am pretty sure that whatever happened with Kai, he was gone at some point during the season, so plenty of time in theory to get a new coach in there. Anyone have any idea if they have someone leading practices for them? It doesn't seem to be posted anywhere (The Head Coaching job). |

A player reached out to me and said there will be an announcement forthcoming. The day it hit the NCAAMVB IG account there was a Zoom interview of a candidate to solidify the deal. Stay tuned...
