I'm always amused when I look at a match thread and there's discussion of some team's jerseys.
I was at the match, sitting courtside, and I'm gonna say UW was wearing white jerseys... Or maybe red, because it was a "red out" day? They might have had sleeves... unless they didn't. And some stripes or maybe other accents of the color other than the main color... whichever that was.
The volleyball was fantastic from the Badgers. I certainly made note of that!

NBC app only has the match starting at 4-4 in the first set for replay. I wonder if Peacock has the whole match?

How is Penn State's block typically? It was woeful today when watching the replay now. Doesn't look like a top 3 team in the Big Ten. Maybe the short turnaround time played a significant factor.....

How is carlini able to speak to Charlie I may be wrong but I thought only the 4 coaches could talk and that’s why Texas got into so much trouble Sorry don’t mean to quote my own post but really curious to know the rule She can’t talk to any of the players during the game. Lauren can only converse with the other coaches. It’s been said that she has been watching video with Charlie. It’s been reported enough that this seems to be acceptable.

About to watch the replay, just wanted to say that vb has come a long way, for a regular season match to make it onto network television. I kept wondering what it would take for this to happen because I was getting frustrated seeing college lacrosse and softball on network TV before vb

Their block and defense was quite poor imo and put in a difficult situation by the lackluster service game which allowed Charlie to get into a great rhythm. Wisconsin made them pay big time. Yeah, Nebraska put the Badgers OOS with their serves much more often, and that and their floor defense rattled our freshman setter and libero. I'll be interested to see the passing stats, because I don't think we passed a lot better during this match. Remember, all of our passers managed a 2.1-2.2 against the huskers. We just weren't making connections even when the pass was perfect, and especially not in transition. Charlie and the hitters fixed that today.

The entire match they do? That's kinda %*$#ty on NBC'S part to not provide entire replay on their own app and make a person subscribe to peacock to view in its entirety. I guess I can remove the NBC app then.lol

Best setting performance and off the charts offensive efficiency of the season for Wisconsin but this was aided by Penn States failure to provide much of a blocking presence.
However Mruzik just put up about 100 swings less then 20 hours ago on the road.
Penn State from my eyes looked gassed, It's almost obvious as shortly after the first set they were pretty much impotent as in it just looked like Penn State couldn't shift gears up s couple notches to match the Badgers level.
On top of Penn States non existant block, having Starck lay an egg pretty much daggered their chances.
We'll see later this month if the Badgers offense can put on a similar performance against the formidable Huskers?

Charlie or Lola better win that damn FOW award. Actually, Charlie better win that damn setter of the week award LOL The FOW is between Ashlyn Philpot (ILL) (seriously, her stats this week against USC and OSU are ridiculous), Jadyn Livings (USC), and Charlie. I think Ashlyn's the front runner for FOW, but Charlie has my vote for SOW. They'll find a way to give it to Starck.

Going only from memory (so consider the source), she was the main target during Schumacher's 12 point service run. I guess she could have passed well, but UW won the points anyway?

They might be a tiny bit generous, but they all put Izzy in relatively good positions. Wisconsin just camped Mruzik (As they should in that rotation).
