The injury rate of the UW team/program is shocking The injury rate across the top D1 volleyball programs this season feels high (I don't have the numbers), but this is wild for Washington. Conventional thinking is to look at the weight training and rehab/prehab programs since strong, loose muscles are good for injury prevention. Hopefully they sort it out for the coming years. |
