Maybe I am just a CC Crawford fan, but why is she not playing more?  This is not meant as a shot at Devyn Robinson, Carter Booth, or Anna Smrek; I actually enjoy watching all 4 of the big girls play and wish Wisconsin would run a 6-2 so all 4 of them could play and get their deserved All-Americans. However, CC has BY FAR played the least, yet is leading the team in blocks (with 90.0, the next highest is Anna with 88.0). She also has 48 digs on the season (AS A MIDDLE??? WHO DOES NOT EVEN PLAY EVERY MATCH? ARE WE SERIOUS) and is hitting 0.300 on the season. I am just so confused. Like I said, this is not a shot at robinson, booth, or smrek, as all of them also are INSANE at volleyball and deserve playing time. In my opinion, Coach Kelly should be running a 6-2 with charlie and carly. While charlie may be a better setter, guess what, the world doesn't revolve around a freshman. Wisconsin has been good the past 2 years cause of their height, not because their setters were phenomenal (ESPECIALLY not because their setters were phenomenal). If Kelly can put trust in izzy ashburn and mj hammil to run a 6-2, I don't get why he won't let carly set for 3 rotations. Carly is better than both izzy and mj, and it is obvious to say this 2024 Wisconsin team would lose (dare I say get swept) by either the 2022 or 2023 Wisconsin team. Wisconsin took a really big hit this year by switching to a 5-1, and it hasn't really paid off. |

In my opinion Wisconsin needs to choose between players that look good on the roster and the ones producing on the stat sheet. Run a 6-2 or replace one of the middles with her in the 5-1 she just needs to be on the court. |

Is this just recreational substances talking or a straight up troll job? Regarding CC not playing more, its because she hasn't surpassed Booth or Robinson in all phases of the game. CC has had brain farts more then her share of being in the net in the past and she is not the offensive threat at middle that Booth is capable of being and has shown intermitently. |

We did have a 10-0 Run early in the year with Charlie on the bench and CC on the floor with no setter. So clearly the setter is holding Wisconsin back.
