To be fair, I was VILE when I first started. I would have hated myself too lol. I’m ok now I think lol When you first got on I had you blocked. You were on par with Holiday & wahinefan on how fast I blocked you. Lol. But over the years you've mellowed out so I unblocked you. 🫠😅🤣 I was young and in over my head on a board lol I am glad I am not my former self lol.

On the flip side, IOWA doesn't win a whole lot but it's hard not to love a Hawkeye. :-) Go Hawks.

It's NOT their homecourt. Are you going to keep double down on your losing argument?

So deleting your previous post of the same reply and reposting is your way of 'bumping' this thread? lol

It's NOT their homecourt. Are you going to keep double down on your losing argument? And? Marquette was the home team and hosted the match. Just because they don't play all of their matches at FISERV Forum doesn't mean that it wasn't Marquette's home match. It's literally in the press release! So yes, when arrogant Wisconsin fans claim they hold the indoor volleyball attendance record, when the match was a ROAD game, I will double down on the fact that Marquette was the home team and hosted the match. Do you think Wisconsin got credit for winning a neutral site game at the Kohl Center against Florida a couple years ago? Or this year against Marquette? Don't be dumb. This is why everyone outside of Madison hates UW.

Do you think Wisconsin got credit for winning a neutral site game at the Kohl Center against Florida a couple years ago? Or this year against Marquette? All? They play there infrequently. It is the Al McGuire Center where Marquette plays their games. The point is without Wisconsin having been in the match the record doesn't exist. If Marquette were to be switched out with Minnesota it would have still been a record were it held at Fiserv Forum. Your argument is silly.

If Marquette were to be switched out with Minnesota it would have still been a record were it held at Fiserv Forum. Your argument is silly. Except that Wisconsin played Texas and Stanford at the Fiserv Forum and did not have the same attendance as when they played AT Marquette. So you're provably incorrect on this lol. Villanova basketball plays a large majority of their home basketball games in a small on campus arena. For a select few large games, they play at the 76ers home arena. Those games are still Villanova home games. Wisconsin plays their games at the Fieldhouse. They play a game or so a year in the Kohl Center. The games at the Kohl Center are Wisconsin home games and hosted by Wisconsin. They aren't considered neutral site games. They're home games for Wisconsin. Marquette students received an email to buy tickets, because it's a Marquette hosted, home volleyball match. Wisconsin students (nor any other school in the country, since you want people to believe this was a "neutral site" game with nobody being the home team or hosting institution) did not. Marquette and Wisconsin play each other every year, alternating between Marquette being the home team/hosting and Wisconsin being the home team/hosting. Last year Marquette hosted Wisconsin at the Fiserv Forum for a larger venue than the normal Al McGuire Center, and this year Wisconsin hosted Marquette in the Kohl Center for a larger venue than the normal Fieldhouse. They were literally playing on Marquette's volleyball court last year. If it was a neutral site they'd have a neutral court, not Marquette's. today.marquette.edu/2023/09/marquette-volleyball-sets-new-ncaa-indoor-attendance-record-at-fiserv-forum/This really isn't a hard concept at all. You're just a Badger fan, so you're arrogant as can be.

You're just a Badger fan, so you're arrogant as can be. lol, thought you weren't a Marquette fan. Outed yourself. If the Wisconsin fans would have targeted the first weekend to break the regular season indoor record they very well could have chosen that weekend. Once again 96% of the fans were UW fans. Not sure why you waste your time posting attendence results of games two weeks previous to the game in question. Fans prioritized their time off work and their expenditures towards the Marquette game. There are other things to do in Wisconsin then volleyball in Wisconsin. Its not Nebraska where there is no pro sports team. Also if I'm not mistaken the Marquette game details were already set in stone and the details for the 4 team in event at Fiserv came afterwards. Also it says right in the link you provided that Marquette doesn't play their home games at Fiserv, it's a different venue. Just a silly argument on your part no doubt brought upon by jealousy perhaps? BTW, self aggrandize much? Liking your own posts? lol

I know a lot of teams do similar things, but the "point Wisconsin!" drove us nuts in Milwaukee. Partly because 1 guy in our section was shrieking it at the top of his lungs. Even the Wisconsin fans around us were annoyed. The only thing Hawai’i really does is the BOOM with jump serves I’m glad we don’t have silly chants. Not even bragging, the Stanley has to be the most friendly place to play for other teams Imo at least agree about the friendly comment.

I thought the same, but maybe it's related to their actual name. Or maybe they live in Austin but don't like Texas. Or something else altogether. Maybe they think Texas is ostentatious. Huge fan of Longhorn sports, football, men and women basketball, baseball and softball, and prob beach, since I think Stein Metzger is a class act. Supported Volleyball since I arrived same year as Mick Haley, 1980, I think. But Elliott's classless behavior and some of the VT fans just turn me off. FYI, enhanced my VB skills during intramurals in Greg annex and 2 years on club team. Consider Greg my home court.
