thinking d'arcy will probably start at oppo still for uci. also reilly for pepperdine at lib. could also see ucla taking david out at some points and having rama at the right side with robinson and kelly at outside, also not sure where cam thorne falls currently but he'll definitely find a way to get on the court.

Last year in the SFs he came in for an injured Tangutur primarily to shore up passing. They avoided setting him and the few swings he did take weren't great-they ran the offense almost entirely through Henno and Flexen. D'Arcy will likely start Oppo and Kiriakou will come in if Flexen is having a rough day passing.

I think some may underestimate Hawaii coming into this season just because you see the UCLA's,LBSU's and UCI's of the world just uber stacked with talent. Hawaii the same of course but maybe some may not think they are championship worthy at least this year. I think if they can get that chemistry going strong for such a young team....I think they can be in the hunt this year....most especially with them hosting LBSU and UCI at home during conference play. Those homesteads will play crucial when it comes to trying to snag up an at-large if the auto bid doesn't go their way.

So, the maximum number of players allowed on a roster is 18 scholarship players. Will a team be allowed to split a scholarship and grow the roster above 18–to say 21 or 22 players?

The 18 player limit is not in effect for this coming season. It is being discussed for next season (2025-26 school year). If it is implemented, there will be no limits on scholarships. There will be an 18 player maximum, without regard to walk-on, partial scholarship, or full scholarship.
