The truth is, Penn State has quality B1G players and they could win this match, but I doubt it. If you combined the teams into one team, the only PSU starter who would play is Mruzik-and their L and DS would never get a thought. Again, could PSU win? Yes, just like on the rare occasion when the B side in Nebraska’s gym can win a set or a day, but unless that rare occasion is Friday at 5:00 it won’t happen. I’m sure 44 and 14 will play extra hard, but they hit the portal because they weren’t good enough to play in Lincoln. Anything can happen, SMU proved that-twice. So we’ll see, but with B1G championship on the line, I like Nebraska’s chances… it will either go three or five. 🏐 Penn State has to hope the best team doesn’t win. Not so sure. Maggie Mendelson: this is the first year she has only played VB, not splitting time with BB. Plus she has started all year. She is a significant better player now than last year at NE. Caroline Jurevicius: She too has a year of starting experience and is significantly better than last year. She hits a very hard ball and is very good at bettering a set. There will be intense match-ups involving these 2 players. Outcome to be determined.

Nebraska you know what has to be done. I’m also gonna take this time to remember one of the greatest tournament matches of all time :
Thank you

DS- I think the PSU L & freshman DS are better and would play over Choboy & Mauch if they were all on the same team. Choboy dives around and makes spectacular plays every now and then, but overall, she is not very disciplined and steady in SR. 1. Falduto is not better than Mauch. Their passing numbers on the season aren't even close. 2. This thing about Laney in serve receive is so overblown. She's not as natural of a passer as Lexi or Liv are, but she's still passing a 2.24 as a DS which is perfectly solid (and better than what Falduto is passing) and is obviously a defensive talent. Laney has key roles in many long rallies.

All I can hope for is a well played match. Would hate to see PSU flounder in front of a sold out crowd at home. Hoping it’s similar to last years game, if anything PSU is better than last year and they gave Nebraska a run for their money. So we’ll see!! I hope emotions are running high and they’re fighting for that Top 4 seed. That’s the only way I see them making a final four ticket.

I just don’t see a sweep today. Feel like it will be similar to last years game at PSU. Hopeful for a win, but that’s a tough place to play and PSU will be very motivated. Luckily the Huskers have been here before, literally.

I think the least likely outcome is a Nebraska sweep. Penn State is super talented and if they pass well can side out with the best of them. Nebraska hasn't exactly been serving darts lately. They also have the blocking to match up with Jackson, who still has a tendency to just close her eyes and slug it into a waiting pair of hands.

i fear this will be quick This is the Sakai SV700D with an operating weight of 32,960 ib.
