#30 - Valeria Vazquez Gomez - Omaha Supernovas taken in the same draft that Omaha took Krause and Batenhorst? Sorry V, Omaha is probably a no go.

they really should push back league start a week and cut the schedule down lol, granted, that’s assuming the PVF wants to actually stay afloat Why is less volleyball better? Owners want more matches for more ticket sales. because they have one week of practice and put out a terrible product and then they have zero chance at national team players because they run into national team season tbh if they want to maximize ticket sales, Ally Batenhorst should be the face of the league and they should offer Lexi Sun and Lexi Rodriguez like 250k to play. get Knuckles, Akana, Alex Glover, hell even Orr in the league too.

I am confused about Elena Scott didn't she do that one article with Babcock that LA2028 was the goal? I know the libero position at USANT is stacked but going overseas would have been great unless the PVF is temporary for her TBH, Hentz is next up and playing in PVF; Banworth trained by herself in Anaheim. Liberos seem to get a pass on the overseas training expectation. Probably because, for US liberos, overseas opportunities are few and pay is offensive.

Having Jen Spicher as the name, face and voice of the league again is a horrible shame. I think PVF basically exceeded expectations in terms of the actual process of putting on matches and completing a season (with all the usual caveats and issues that go along with a first year league), but they are shooting themselves in the foot in terms of over-all quality of production, management, operations, etc. There was no need to broadcast this draft live. They should have recorded it, established common production values (that over the ear shot for Vegas was whack), smoothed out the rough edges and dead spots during editing, and put it out later.

contact outside of the draft? surely the ncaa wouldnt like that? 12.2.4.1 Inquiry. An individual may inquire of a professional sports organization about eligibility for a professional league player draft or request information about the individual's market value without affecting the individual's amateur status. Current athletes can talk to pro teams/coaches.

Probably because, for US liberos, overseas opportunities are few and pay is offensive. and maybe she is just trying to expand her options and get experience anywhere as much as she could. And this is a safe pick incase overseas does not work out, She also loves home and Indiana is so close to it and Debo is there now so. I am looking forward to her journey !

Oh, ok, thanks. I can see Anna going oversees or waiting for a potential call from a LOVB team. 6 spots available in LOVB league, Smrek will not be one of them.

I wonder how many mid outside will get taken before someone selects Koenig Koenig is staying at FSU to play beach. Has two seasons of Beach eligibility left, if she chooses to use both.
