Larsen, a native of Santa Clarita, Calif., broke the Idaho match record against San Jose State with 36 kills while hitting .321 percent. She also had six digs and three blocks in a win that secured the Vandals of the number five seed in the upcoming WAC tournament. In two wins last week Larsen averaged 6.00 kills per game. This is the first player of the week award for Larsen and the third for the UI volleyball team. Saxony Brown and Sarah Loney also earned the honor this season.

Wow... look at all the Idaho underclasswomen kicking butt in conference. They will be a much more dominating team next year with all this experience under their belts.

I'll go out on a limb and predict that Idaho will beat Nevada on Thursday. Nevada really hasn't been playing well the second half of the season.

Y''know "Atari Pong Poy" kinda rolls off the tongue and sounds like it could be some sort of oriental or Hawaiian delicacy.
