Do you have any idea how hard it is to look good in orange?

UT is looking totally lost. They are getting caught on the ground while the Huskies are hitting over them. Time after time the Huskies are either hitting over players that don't jump or jumped too early and are coming down when the ball goes past them. The Huskies are also able to hit the seams between the blocks.
The only play that is consistently working for UT is the slide and even that went away in the second half of game 2 as the Huskies started getting over to block Andre better on that. She only hits slides and the UT outsides are doing nothing, so UW is able to camp on the slide and really shut the Vols down.
The Dawgs are also serving great and UT is having a very tough time handling it, so there are a lot of serves that result in free balls. They aren't aces so they don't show up in the stats (although we have 5 of those to only one error) but they result in quick points nonetheless.
The Vols had a pre-season goal to play in the National Semi's and they seem to have taken that to heart. They seem content to be there while the Huskies goal is to win the Naitonal Championship.

The only thing that has not worked well for the Huskies is backrow attacking. We normally are a great backrow attack team, but we have been called for three errors tonight. Two by Sanja and one by Christal. That is three out of the five errors they have combined.

at the beginning of the season, given the usual suspects on the National vball scene, playing in the National Semifinals was quite a goal...they are to be congratulated....

Well, while feeling somewhat bad for the Vols and the SEC, I can't shed a tear knowing the Vols will go home titleless.

Tenn would need another gear at this point, and what they are drivin' doesn't have one I fear.

Just curious, but why does Livestats say that Kaitlin Leck is on the Washington roster?
