23-13 is just silly. Washington and Nebraska are making a mockery of the Final Four.

The credibility of the selection committee just went in the toilet tonight

SCU is leading in one stat: hitting errors, 27-7.

So SCU scored 1 point less against NU than Tennessee had against Washington.

Dude, Sandy, granted I don't think SCU or UT were most likely 2 of the top 4 teams this season, just shut it for say maybe 1 day and let those girls enjoy the fact that they made it to the Final Four. THey obviously were outplayed and did not play great themselves, but no other team was able to make it there, regardless of the selections in the tournament. Had any other team out there played a better season, going say 30-1, they would have had their own regional to win.

Well . . . it would be hard to call Crystal's 35 "assists" REAL assists tonight. How could she come up with no errors??

Wow, what a disparity in hitting percentage for a semi. And yes, Lee Maes knows a lot of the Santa Clara's No Cal players quite well. Still, in perspective, the accomplishments of this Santa Clara squad were storybook this season, and hopefully they can come to that realization. No matter what the road was to get here, I'm pretty sure most everyone believes that the two best teams are in the finals.

Both Santa Clara and Tennessee should be commended for getting as far as they did. The only two teams that got farther were Washington and Nebraska. Both SCU and UTenn had to beat some good teams to get to the Final Four.

Any word on the attendance in San Antonio? Livestats says 7931. Well we did a lot better in Long Beach last year and the seating in this place was a loooooong way from the playing surface!
