Look at all the people in red behind the Huskies. Kind of ironic.

God now I suppose we have to sit here and read all of these Washington articles. How nauseating. Just kidding of course. This is good news that they got front page coverage especially in a city with pro sports. Aren't the Seahawks doing well this year? Not too terribley ironic that you would see a lot of red in the background if they made up a third of the crowd or more. Probably be gonna kind of hard to find a background crowd shot without red.

It won't be too hard. A little photoshop touch up and color replacement should do the trick.

You'd think their local newspaper would at least get right that Courtney Thompson is a junior. Despite being a Stanford fan I'm happy for Washington. Their players seem to have a lot of class. I know Thompson came over to wish our setter (Kehoe) well when she was injured. What is more impressive is how they all seem to enjoy playing for their coach. He always seems calm and never appears to lose his cool on the court. I really dislike hothead coaches who vent their anger on players on the court. IMO, I don't think this is helpful for many players.
