I am really curious about the top schools, or any schools for that matter condictioning programs. Things that would help you maintain a level of fitness, to keep you strong, yet too also keep you in good shape and to help in the prevention of injuries? Many coaches have many different ways of going about this. There are a lot of new methods and workouts out there, and I am just wondering if anyone is familiar with them? Or even better yet! What does your team do to stay in shape , for the season and the rest of the year?

I am not sure what a “condictioning program is”?
Possibly your school might offer a remedial spelling course as we as a conditioning program!

This sounds interesting. When I next see Brian, I'll ask if he's using this new condictioning program. I tried Googling it, but there's nothing there yet - I assume its quite new and not yet available to the general masses.

You're being kind in not mentioning the missplaced quotation mark and an overall poorly formed "sentence".

I condiction every day now that the break is here. It hurt at first, but I got used to it. I also passed my English course, unlike some others in this thread.

The University of Wisconsin conditions hard in Spring...over the semister break @ Christmas, and plays beach in the summer. They do some weight training during the season, as well. What does your team do to stay in shape , for the season and the rest of the year?
