I think that, much like in 2003, Florida will beat an inferior Hawaii team, causing mass depression in the islands. Why do you gotta be that guy?

Utah served tough but Cusak played like a senior. The freshman libero was awarded an all tournament award. Passing was not a big problem for the Gators.

I don't have much to say, except that I hope it's a good match and that fans of both teams enjoy themselves

I was at the Florida/Utah match. It wasn't because of passing that the Gators could not close out the matches, Utah, at times, played great team defense. This Utah team is big and athletic. I think it was a combination of Florida being overrated (not #5 in the nation yet...once Kiysha is clicking on the outside, watch out!) and Utah being underrated...they should be higher than #25. Florida was hitting .284 after game 2 (Utah was hitting .224) and still lost the second game, which could have gone either way. As for Cusack, she is the real deal...she has been for 4-5 years now. Her instinct is amazing!!! Probably comes from all of those years playing shortstop in softball. Once this Gator team gets on the same page, they will be tough to beat in a 5 game set.

Win or lose, it doesn't matter. What I hope would happen is that Florida tests Hawaii in almost every phase of the game that the UH coaching staff would have an even better idea of all of its weaknesses. That is better for UH in the long run than winning or losing one match, albeit to Florida.

The Blackhawks jersey really erases the humor of the sign.

Fact: Zombies can't survive in Hawaii. The food supply there is insufficient. Well it wouldn't work anyways cause they also live in swamps!!!

Wouldn't it be most excellent, Hawai'i fans, if Dave Shoji picked up his 900th victory against Florida? I think so. I remember the match against Kansas State that Andy B. won his 900th.
