Cal Poly beats the Horns in 5, 15-9 game 5
This is a HUGE, HUGE win for Cal Poly, especially after being down 2 games to none.

Wow, looks like Texas really self destructed in game 5. It just goes to show that you don't play the matches on paper, otherwise there is no way you would think Cal Poly would have a chance. Especially after looking at their schedule, they struggled to beat UNLV and Oral Roberts in 5 games.
The match later today between Pepperdine and Cal Poly later today should be a good one.

Looking at Cal Poly's schedule they have scheduled some real hard matches. Pepperdine match will be great, hope they can stay on a high for it.

Very nice win for Cal Poly!! With that win by the Mustangs, 5 of the top ten teams in the nation have lost and we're not even through the 2nd weekend of the season. It's amazing to see the kind of depth that women's volleyball has now as compared to just three seasons ago when only a few teams dominated the game.

First St. Mary's, now Cal Poly. Jon Stevenson does it again. Hopefully they won't screw him over this year come NCAA tournament time, like they did last year.
