I believe if you take out the second game totals in which the Patriots hit in the negatives (-.094), I think you would see more of the true picture. But overall, the numbers do look similar all the way down to the blocks. GMU did make up some at the service line holding a 9-4 advantage in aces and committing four fewer service errors for a nine point differential.

Yeah, I think you're right about those stats, but I still don't see a dominating performance by GM.
Hey, does anyone know where Shaun Powell was? I thought I had heard that he was better and was back playing. Ok, I guess it is even more impressive that GM beat BS in four without him. He is one of the most explosive lefties I've seen. He is very enjoyable to watch.

That is cool, Ball State needed to be grounded once again. They always think they are too good for their own good.
Good to see that Jary and Keith played well, they are the guys who have been carrying this team...

This is great to see for GM after their rough start. Seems like Ball State is kind of slumping after dropping to Lewis last week and now GM. IPFW is a little too, but their losses are from non-conference foes and tougher westcoast teams.

If I'm not mistaken, BS has lost 3 of their last 4 matches. There has to be some concern in cardinal land.
