You'd think since this match is part of the "TIME WARNER CABLE TEXAS INVITATIONAL", that maybe Time Warner would be so gracious as to self-promote by airing the game live on TV -- or even better, if they streamed online through their website they could easily make every single break a Time Warner Cable ad spot for total saturation.

Hmm.. either Jerritt is running a different gameplan or Texas isn't passing well... halfway through game two and Todd/Armstrong with only 7 swings between them.

Texas is kickin' some butt...Either Santa Clara is ranked to high or UT is ranked to low.... I'm going with UT is too low.

Chalk another one up to the Rich Kern poll over the AVCA Poll!
RK has Texas at 6 and Santa Clara at 7 while AVCA has Santa Clara at 4 and Texas at 7.

As I said last week, the AVCA hive mind takes a long time to accept new kids into the top 5. You either have to sweep top 20 opponents repeatedly and have several top 10 wins, or you have to knock off a team previously perceived as invincible.
