Thanks Beachman, sometimes one post isn't enough. Perhaps the west coast could lobby for independence. We lay around all day just dreaming of ways we can screw people and teams from the West Coast. The Pac 10 is the best conference, but the big 10 and big 12 do come close. Thank you for your continued exaggerating and evidence how the world is out to get the west coast, and particularly LBSU rant.

HWY I believe the Huskers have one a few, and need I remind you that as many times as Stanford has won a title, they have also failed to get it done when they could or should have. It is hard to win it all. But we appreciate you taking a shot at Nebraska for what appears to be no reason, let alone completely off the thread.

The streak that I like to come to an end is Nebraska finally winning a National Championship and not CHOKE!. It's been awhile? Remind me, BIK? What is 2000? Alex... And prior to that 1995. By the way, how many years was Don and his Stanford squad labeled "chokers" and "Can't win the Big Matches" leading up to their first title... 3 teams (all Pac10) have won it since the last Husker title so I don't think that's too bad. And thus this Pac10 Streak MUST end. (Now if we're talking Hawai'i, that's a whole other story. Was the current freshman class at UH even born when Dave and his players celebrated their last title? )

I am just working my magic... 1981 to 2006 = 25-years. Out of 25 years, 2 did not have a Pac-10 rep? That leaves 92% of the Final Fours with a Pac-10 rep. I'll take that percentage. As a scientist, of course, you know that a calculation is simply a tool used by a scientist to get a desired answer out of a pre-selected data framework. Congratulations on your selection of data.

They won't send PSU to Washington. It didn't go well for PSU last time they were sent to Washington's regional. The Pac-10 Champ will most likely be placed in Washington's regional. Of course the PAC-10 Champ will be placed in Washington's regional - the host school is always seeded that way!

That whole Regionalized brackets thing that you West Coast Bias fans love to bring up works in reverse here. Its completely true in every sport. If you've seen baseball and softball ncaas recently, most of the Pac-10 teams (7 of 8 in softball) were in post season, but a lot of them elminated each other in regionals or were put in heavy brackets. But eventually Arizona (softball) and Oregon State (baseball) did win. Not to mention that the Pac-10 schools have made the finals in almost every sport, including the "big" ones (baseball, basketball, football).

Well, PSU should join the choke squad!

I don't think this streak comes to an end this year since 5 teams from the Pac 10 seem to be pretty strong this season. 3 of them (Stanford, Washington, UCLA) may be real contenders. USC and Cal still have a lot to prove. I don't think Cal has ever advanced to a regional final so it might be a lot to ask for them to leap into the Final Four. I like any of the 3 Pac 10 teams chances of coming out of the Florida or Hawaii regional unless they're paired against Nebraska.

Could this be the year that the Pac-10 dominance at NCAA Final Four/championship come to an end? NO. It is written that Pac-10's "DECADE OF DOMINANCE SHALL CONTINUE."
