It's very hard to follow a team via only the stats. Regardless of that, having San Jose St. take us to 5 and then losing 1-3 to USF is clearly not typical UCSB volleyball.
OH Garbisch's first two matches were quite good but then she reverted back to last years play for the last two racking up 19 hitting errors to her 24 kills.
Frosh setter Brandt averaged 13.4 assists per game over the first 3 matches but apparently did not set foot on the court in the loss to USF. (Her replacement did manage 14 assists/game in the loss.) Why did she get yanked? I have no idea as the UCSB website only posts compleatly sanatized match results with no substantive comments.
With what I have seen (statwise) so far, I would guess we are going to lose a close one to UNLV tonight and then perhaps beat Xavier tomorrow. Hopefully gametracker will actually work tonight.

Yes. Knowing Kathy Gregory as well as I do, she does not want a forfeit.

Who's left at UCSB after the 4 transfers. Ouch. Who is their Go-to player this year? Any great transfers come in?

What attack?
I requested that you stop reading my mind.
Plus, it was a provoked request because you refuse to stop reading my mind without prior authorization.

Gauchos swept by UNLV -23 -24 -28
At least in game 3 they showed a little fight. Too bad they started it down 10-17.
This team will be lucky to make the tourney.

This team will be lucky to make the tourney. Hey, there's still the BigWest Sched to make it to a .500+ record. But if they don't make it, that would leave PennState and Stanford as the last 2 schools to make every NCAA tourney.
