Lukas Rossi?! I'm still p-o'ed. Nice gesture, though, by the band, to take Dilana along for the ride (if you know what I'm sayin') We'll be in Columbus Feb 2, 07 to see our Canadian boy lead the band.....Word is out for any other American bands looking for a lead singer--lots of Canadians left just waiting for the call..

I am guessing the Gophers were very happy to get out of Huff Hall with a sweep after last night's marathon. I doubt Bowman will hit negative for a weekend again, so it has to be a cause for optimism that they survived that. Illinois doesn't come out of this weekend looking too good; they might have just been feasting on weaker competition. Turner had a solid weekend, but Brown came down quite a bit after dominating in the non-conference schedule. Alde and Palash also each had a poor match offensively. I know they have had some career ending injuries, but you have to wonder about Illinois taking transfers from Valpo and Northwestern. Those two are decent players, but didn't the Illini used to be better than those programs? At least they have a really highly regarded class on the way, and Edinger looks to be doing a good job for them, which is a reason for optimism. Still, they need to get back to using their considerable home court advantage, because Minnesota and Wisconsin were beatable teams for them. Maybe it was just the right weekend to catch them.

You use {pre][/pre} coding.
I also up it by two sizes -- {size=2][/size}.
Using brackets [ ]. I used {} just so it would appear.

Question for anyone:
I was on the BigTen website. (BigTen.org), and it shows that MN is 1-1 in Big Ten play. Why is that.? They won Friday and Saturday. Is it because they went 5 games on Friday against Northwestern, and therefore the bigten thinks they should be credited with the loss?
But seriously, whats up there?

If you look at the schedule/results you will see this...
'Sat 09/23/06 Illinois 3, Minnesota 0 Champaign, Ill.'
umm.... can we get that corrected please.
