Purdue, PSU, Minn, Wisc --- tied for first in the Big Ten! Just think, only a few days ago there were 11 Big Ten teams ALL tied for first place in the Big Ten!! I believe thinking is against the VT rules.

Man, Illinois should be better. They have so much going for them. Great in state base of talent, extremely well supported by their administration, great school, tradition, fan support, go figure.

I can read between the lines. Sometimes even when there's nothing there.
BUT, Illinois has not been getting the in-state recruits. Not the top ones. They got some of them for next year, however.

It was a disappointing weekend, at least from this side of the court;) I was surprised Illinois didn't put up a better fight, especially at Huff. They would help themselves if they developed an important element of the game, namely blocking. Hitting errors didn't help, either.
Congrats to the Badgers and Gophers! Good win on the road.

How has the home attendance been for the Illini so far this year?

I think they're averaging around 1,500 per match.
