Oct. 9, 2006 SEATTLE-- Friday's Pac-10 match-up between the University of Washington and Washington State University at Bank of America Arena will be televised live by FSN. Cara Capuano will call play-by-play, while Bart Foley will provide expert analysis. The match marks Washington's fourth selected for television this season and the second to be broadcast live. The Huskies already had matches vs. Ohio and Stanford broadcast on CSTV and FSN, and will have their Oct. 27 match-up vs. UCLA televised on a tape-delayed basis by FSN. Friday's match is scheduled for a 7 p.m. start and will be followed by Husky Hoopla, a unique event that provides fans their first look at the Washington basketball teams. The Husky Hoopla marks the first time UW has conducted a public event in conjunction with the first basketball practice since Oct. 16, 1998. The event will include scrimmages by the men's and women's basketball teams, a slam dunk contest, fun contests and prizes. UW alumnus and FSN's own Angie Mentink will help emcee the night's festivities and will be joined by a host of FSN personalities bringing the sights and sounds of this exciting event to the viewers at home. Husky Hoopla will start approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the volleyball match and is free for all fans. Those who want to guarantee a seat for Husky Hoopla may do so by purchasing a ticket to the volleyball match.

All three games by 2 points, as close a match as is possible in a sweep - and at home for Washington.
I watched the last half of this on TV, I was kind of surprised that WSU could hang in there.
