Try telling that to UCI... After this weekend it could be a stretch for Santa Barbara to get in. Cal Poly and Long Beach are locks, but after that nobody can really make a case. By the way, Cal Poly won the first two easily only to get upended by the Anteaters.

Hey Cal Poly just got caught in a downer after beating LBS handily the night before but remember THEY BEAT HAWAII IN HAWAII, which is pretty tough to do....maybe HAWAII is not very good either?? I certainly think that Dave needs a great recruit class in the next year or two cause his cupboards are getting a little more bare than they have been in a LONG LONG TIME!!

I'm always entertained by Beachman's posts. Sincerely.
This was a thread about UCI beating Cal Poly and he turns it into a dig against Hawaii! LOL!
I have nothing against Hawaii (in fact, they're my favorite team!) but this forum would not be the same without the Beachman.

That's actually a bad loss for the Big West. Dang. Actually, it wasn't. UCI took a BIG jump in the Pablo and the Big West Pablo ranking actually improved by about 3 points. (About 25 points better than the WAC.)

So does this officially mean that Charlie Brande has his mojo back? Seriously - they're 8-14. This has got to be as bad for Cal Poly as Oregon State beating Cal last season.

Probably means Sabrina and Pat have the mojo working.

So UCI was playing UCSB best 4 out of 5? ;D Apparently. Or at least that's what the UCI athletics website says. OK - it looks like game 4 was 24-30. I guess that's what happens when you cut and paste without double checking to see if it makes sense.
