I'm pretty short, so my blocking is pretty lame. What are some exercises I can do to improve my vertical? Thanks.

Grow taller. Performance enhanced shoes (Spring shoes). Training shoes. Lifts in shoes. Jump. Weight lift. Sprint. (Not long-distance stuff) Leave the blocking to us tallees. Stay out of the front row.

Jump with cinder blocks tied to your shoes.

the program Air Alert works i did Air Alert 3 and it worked great and improved my vertical

Plyometrics. You can get 4-6 inches....but it is very hard work.
