What I don't understand is why she would be taking Analytical Geometry and Calculus II. Analytical Geometry in college is just a combination of algebraic formula manipulation, cartesian graphing, and trigonometry.... in other words, Pre-Calculus. If you can use the integration/differentiation tools taught in Calc II well enough to get an A as the article implies, you should be able to test out of Analytical Geometry after only a few hours of reviewing the basic concepts.

College Sports Information Directors of America.. It is an organization that chooses the academic excellence of college sport. A Stanford fan didn't know that???

Pavan, Nebraska’s 29th Academic All-American in volleyball and the 234th across all sports, said she only chose Nebraska over Stanford coming out of high school when she was confident that it was a school and athletic program that prided itself in academics. That emphasis was never more evident than this fall when Nebraska rescheduled practices for Pavan to be able to take classes that were only offered at a certain time on certain days. The genetics lectures on Wednesday afternoons went until 3:20, forcing Pavan to skip practice before home matches and show up in time for film study.Um, isn't it supposed to be the other way around. No wait that's football, oops. “It definitely was difficult not touching a ball before the game, especially with my serving history,” Pavan joked. “Sometimes the Wednesday matches weren’t pretty, but we won.” Self deprecating humor...I like it. Excerpts from the Lincoln Journal Star

Go back a couple of years...some Nebraska fans questioned her game..I said "send her to Minnesota."
I wonder how quickly the " fans " will turn if they don't win it all?
Talent isn't about winning ..but how you play life.

What's her grade point average converted to American? Isn't there like 2.54 Canadian GPAs to an American one?

Loyal? some here were no better than vultures...she cant pass ..she cant play back row..she cant serve tough?
That when I shut them up with .. "just send her to Minnesota"
It was about her and the coaches ability to use her talent correctly..
I wish they would have listened...
