My beef wasn't with Pavan getting POY from Cosida, but that 1 Pac-10 player was on the first team. Seems like this was for most of the Big 12 players more than anything. Pavan definetly deserved the award when considering academics and play.

Is a 22 inch vertical impressive for a women's sport? Or would they be better not mentioning that?

Pavan definetly deserved the award when considering academics and play. There were no Pac-10 players on the first team. There was 1 Pac-10 player on the 2nd team and 1 Pac-10 player on the 3rd team. Courtney Thompson of Washtingon on the 2nd team had the 2nd lowest GPA (3.52) of anyone one on any of the teams. Kristen Bitter of Oregon on the 3rd team had the highest GPA (4,07) of anyone on any of the teams. Both had the same major of Business Administration. I'm not sure how one achieves a 4.07 GPA though, perhaps a typo and it was supposed to be 4.00.

The average Nebraska fan does NOT frequent this website. :-) HolidayHusker does. If I have accomplished nothing, at least for a moment you took your focus away from the unfortunate Sarah Pavan to attempt to pick on me. Mission accomplished.
