I was amused to see on indiana's interstate I65 a bill board advertising the Boiler Makers fall athletic programs, and a picture of one of the vollyeball team members was included along with a football player. I zoomed by too quickly to see the VB jersey number. I wonder, how many volleyball programs have had Billboard noteriety ?

I haven't seen them yet, but there are about a dozen billboards in the Madison area promoting Badger volleyball. They're just not on my route to/fro work.

Bill boards don't exist in Hawaii. I've seen several around Moscow with the volleyball teams over the years.

I don't know about "Bill boards" but I've seen plenty of "billboards". Stanford has one at the corner of El Camino and Embarcadero. Sometimes, they showcase the Stanford volleyball schedule. Come to think of it, they do it every year. I actually don't know what's at that corner now since I hardly drive along that stretch of road since the new stadium was built.

Billboards are ugly and contribute to the visual pollution of communities. Many places have outlawed billboards and many also have limitations on size and height of signs.

Ohio State's marketing is horrible. They don't advertise for any sports except for football and basketball. It's like they DON'T want people to attend.

I've seen two around Lincoln in the past but don't recall seeing any for the past few years since they started selling out.

I work with a guy, Bill Bored, and he likes to emphasize that his last name is pronounced as two syllables.
